NC-Double-Eh Player of the Week - Week 15

With the regular season winding down, college teams are really scraping it out for positioning heading into conference tournaments.  And in the scraping emerged some incredible lines from our Canadian ballers.  We could only chose a select few so check out who made the cut to earn NC-Double-Eh Player of the Week honors here ...



NC-Double-Eh Men's Player of the Week
Kelly Olynyk, Gonzaga 
21,5 ppg, 8 rpg, 1 apg, 2.5 bpg, 19-of-30 FGs, 2-of-5 3PT FGs, 3-of-4 FTs, 33 mpg in two games - a 77-60 win over Saint Mary's Feb. 14 and a 71-61 win over San Francisco on Feb. 16.  Named West Coast Conference Player of the Week.

Honorable Mention - Dwight Powell, Stanford - 19.5 ppg, 12.5 rpg, 2 apg, 1.5 bpg, 14-f-28 FGs, 11-of-16 FTs, 35.5 mpg in two games - a 65-64 loss to USC Feb. 14 and an 88-80 loss to UCLA on Feb. 16.  Honorable mention PAC-12 player of the week.

NC-Double-Eh Men's Rookie of the Week
Jarryn Skeete, Buffalo
12 ppg, 5.5 rpg, 4.5 apg, 1.5 spg, 7-of-17 FGs, 3-of-5 3PT FGs, 7-of-9 FTs, 36 mpg in two games - a 75-60 win over Toledo Feb. 13 and a 79-71 win over Miami (OH) on Feb. 16.

Honorable Mention - Dyshawn Pierre, Dayton - 12.5 ppg, 6.5 rpg, 1.5 apg, 9-of-18 FGs, 1-of-3 3PT FGs, 6-of-9 FTs, 34 mpg in two games - a 75-72 loss to Rhode Island Feb. 13 and a 70-59 win over Xavier Feb. 16. 

NC-Double-Eh Women's Player of the Week
Michelle Plouffe, Utah
21 ppg, 16.5 rpg, 3 apg, 1.5 spg, 2.5 bpg, 13-of-28 FGs, 2-of-8 3PT FGs, 14-of-19 FTs, 36 mpg in two games - a 54-46 win over Arizona St on Feb. 15 and a 61-52 loss to Arizona on Feb. 17.


Honorable Mention - Natalie Achonwa, Notre Dame - 19.5 ppg, 11 rpg, 2.5 apg, 14-of-23 FGs, 11-of-14 FTs in 30 mpg in two games - a 93-64 win over Louisville Feb. 11 and an 87-49 win over Marquette Feb. 17. 

NC-Double-Eh Women's Player of the Week
Nirra Fields, UCLA
3.5 ppg, 4.5 rpg, 2 apg, 2 spg, 3-of-16 FGs, 1-of-2 FTs in 20.5 mpg in two games - a 79-51 loss to California Feb. 15 and a 68-57 loss to Stanford Feb. 17.

Honorable Mention - Rashida Timbilla, Massachusetts - 5 pts, 6 rebs, 1 ast, 1 stl, 2-of-4 FGs, 1-of-2 FTs, 25 mins in one game - an 81-63 loss to Richmond on Feb. 17.
